If storage is no longer necessary, I delete the collected personal data. If there is a legal obligation to retain data, I restrict processing. The legal basis for data processing for the purpose of contacting me is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
I would like to point out that transmitting data via email can have security vulnerabilities. A seamless protection of data from third-party access is not possible here. Therefore, I recommend not sending health-related data via email. If you are interested in encrypted email correspondence, please let me know.
